Writing Links:

http://www.iuniverse.com/ - This is the print-on-demand publisher I used for Tried to Say.  They were very pleasant to work with and a good value to boot.

http://nathanbransford.blogspot.com/index.html - It's refreshing to see a literary agent that's closer to my demographic.  This guy is based in San Fran and has some very down-to-earth tips for query letter writing, practical information about publishing contracts, and always the latest scoop from "The Hills."

http://misssnark.blogspot.com/ - The mother of all literary agent blogs.  Although the blog has been retired, there are volumes of archives that hold valuable information for writers.

http://bookblog.net/gender/genie.php - This little page reads a sample of writing and tells you the sex of the author, good fun for writing classes and writing groups.  See if you can fool it!

http://librivox.org/ - This is what the internet was made for - people coming together to donate a little bit of time and effort to make something useful and enjoyable.  You can download oodles of user-read audio books or volunteer to help read for one of the constantly updating projects they're working on.

Music Links:

http://www.pandora.com/ - This is a no-hassle website that lets you customize radio stations based on bands or songs you tell it you like.  Great for those who work at a computer and are allowed headphones.

http://minnesota.publicradio.org/radio/services/the_current/ - This is my local radio station that you can tune in at 89.3 here in the Minneapolis area or stream from this website.

http://www.gigposters.com/posters.php?search=a - Nothing makes a better computer desktop background than a poster of your favorite band.
